How did the need arise?

The work has been going on in the Northern Region, mainly in Mzuzu, in a small way for the past 3 to 4 years. It has now got to the stage that funding is needed in order to make things work at a faster pace and to reach out into other districts in the North of Malawi.

Project purpose

We want to reach outside Mzuzu. We have done considerable work within the city of Mzuzu and in order to reach out from Mzuzu, funds are needed for transport etc. This will be enable us to train more people and from them Trainers will be found to come to higher levels of the SOWERS Program to spearhead the work in the North. This will help Churches to reach out into their communities with the Gospel.
